When purchasing your Rali bicycle, you must remember that the parts/components have a six-month warranty and the frame has a 2-year warranty. If your bicycle presents any misadjustment it may be due to different reasons, which can be solved through these options:

1) By writing to: servicioalcliente@disrali.com where they will assist your inquiry and provide guidance. Remember to attach your purchase invoice, ID of the purchaser, specifying the point of sale and description of the failure, contact number and city.

2) Take the bike directly to any of our authorized workshops in each city, where they will make the necessary adjustment or part replacement, free of charge, if it is really a warranty case and complies with our terms.
